Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use the Finalyr website or any Finalyr service, including custom projects, project classes, workshops and internships. By contacting us or accepting a quote, you agree to them.

1. Our services

Finalyr provides custom software development, guidance and mentoring, live classes, workshops and internship opportunities for students. What is included in each project is described in the quote we send you before work begins.

2. Quotes and pricing

Custom projects start from ₹599. The final price depends on the domain, scope and timeline and is confirmed in a written quote (WhatsApp or email is sufficient) before work begins. Changes to scope after a quote is accepted may change the price and timeline.

3. Responsible use

Our services are intended for learning, reference and guidance. Colleges and universities have their own rules about assignments and projects. You are responsible for following your institution’s rules and for how you use anything we provide.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and the guidelines or formats your college requires.
• Respond to questions and milestone feedback promptly, because delays on your side can delay delivery.
• Attend the scheduled classes and use what you learn in them.

5. Delivery and classes

We aim to deliver on the timeline in your quote. Each custom project includes three live classes of one hour each, scheduled with you before your review or submission. Timelines may change if requirements change or information is delayed.

6. Intellectual property

Once the agreed payment is complete, you may use the delivered project for your academic purposes. Finalyr may keep general know-how and reusable components that do not contain your personal or college-specific information.

7. Workshops and internships

Workshop dates, content and fees are announced for each batch and may change. Internships are offered at our discretion, are for learning and experience, and do not guarantee employment unless a separate written offer says so.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to deliver quality results but cannot guarantee any specific grade, evaluation outcome or job offer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
