Finalyr respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or contact us, and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect
- Details you submit in our forms: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, college, course and year, what you need, and any message.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- For students who receive a certificate: name, college (if provided), domain, duration and dates, which are stored so the certificate can be viewed and verified with its ID.
- Basic technical data, such as pages visited and device type, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To tell you about workshop batches and internship openings you have shown interest in.
- To improve our website and services.
3. Where it is stored
Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in a private Google Sheet and Google services that only Finalyr can access. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Finalyr (such as Google and Cloudflare), or when required by law.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing kishorereddyr11@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
6. Cookies
This site stores one small preference in your browser (light or dark mode). We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal requirements.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
